By accessing or using the NaiDrive platform (including naidrive.com, our mobile applications, and all associated tools, services, and APIs), you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, you are not authorized to use the platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NaiDrive.

You must be at least 18 years old and possess the legal authority to enter into binding agreements to create an account or request services on NaiDrive.

You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information during registration. You are solely responsible for keeping your account password secure and for all actions taken under your account credentials.

NaiDrive compiles verified, certified luxury vehicle listings from participating dealerships and vetted sellers. While we conduct rigorous inspection reports, users must note:

• Verified Badges: A "Verified" badge indicates that a certified partner has audited the vehicle history and inspected key parameters. It is not an absolute warranty.
• Accuracy of Specs: Sellers are responsible for listing details (pricing, mileage, options). We advise buyers to inspect vehicles in person before initiating purchase transactions.
• Final Transactions: The actual sales contract is signed directly between the buyer and the dealer/seller. NaiDrive is not a party to the vehicle bill of sale.

NaiDrive offers interactive tools like the Car Valuation Appraisal and the Financing Calculator. All results produced by these calculators are **for informational purposes only**:

• Non-Binding Rates: The interest rates, down payments, and monthly terms calculated are estimations. Final credit approvals and terms are dictated solely by partner banks and financing institutions.
• Appraisals: Car valuations are based on statistical market trends and specified parameters. They do not constitute a formal cash offer from NaiDrive.

Our Service Marketplace allows you to locate, book, and schedule professional mechanical inspections and maintenance tasks:

• Scheduling: Appointments booked on NaiDrive are routed to partner mechanical shops. Shops reserve the right to reschedule or modify appointments due to bay availability.
• Cancellations: Users must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in late cancellation fees.
• Liability: Repair work is warranted by the performing shop directly. NaiDrive is not liable for damages or deficient mechanical work.

To maintain a premium, secure marketplace for all luxury enthusiasts, you agree not to engage in the following prohibited behaviors:

• Submitting fraudulent vehicle data, false vehicle conditions, or fake listings.
• Using automated scrapers, indexers, or bots to harvest vehicle listings or valuation databases without written consent.
• Bypassing security filters, attempting to access unauthorized accounts, or injecting malicious scripts into our servers.
• Engaging in spamming, harassment, or abusive communication with dealerships, support representatives, or service shops.

THE NAIDRIVE PLATFORM AND ALL OF ITS INCLUDED LISTINGS, TOOLS, CALCULATORS, AND REPORTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NAIDRIVE AND ITS PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, OR ENGINE DAMAGE) ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which NaiDrive operates, without giving effect to conflict of laws principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service will be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with standard arbitration guidelines, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if the claims qualify.

NaiDrive reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will publish the updated terms on this page and revise the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
